Delete Your PastUntold Account

You can permanently delete your PastUntold account and its data yourself, in the app, at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open PastUntold and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the prompt.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@tucido.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask for details to verify that you own the account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in record
• Profile details: display name, avatar or profile picture
• Watch history, playback progress, quiz results and mission progress
• Coin balance, virtual items and in-app transaction history
• Preferences and notification registrations

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request.

What we may keep

• Purchase and tax records we are legally required to keep
• Records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
• Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. Progress, coins and virtual items cannot be restored, and unused coins are not refunded.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Signing in again later creates a new, empty account.
• Deleting your PastUntold account does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account. To revoke PastUntold's access, use that provider's settings.
